Payment Method: Sponsorship fees are payable by credit card. Payment will be processed only after the application has been reviewed and officially approved as an event sponsor.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Two (2) Sponsorship Passes/Badges. Additional badges can be purchased at regular ticket price.
- A combined expo/dining/networking space to put sponsors at the center of all the activity.
- Meals: Friday Breakfast & Lunch, Saturday Breakfast & Lunch, Sunday Brunch. Saturday night award dinner tickets can be purchased for $125 each (price subject to change based on food costs).
- Company logo and website link on the seminar website: Posted once full payment is received and through the end of the Conference. Your logo and company description in the Event Print Program.
- One Goodie Bag Insert (product samples or swag only; no paper).
- Pre & Post-Conference attendee lists: Attendee names & email addresses provided after the conference.
- Use of NEXGEN Logo for marketing your participation in the event.
- The opportunity to participate in the “Expo Game” and to donate a prize.
- Draped booth space: identification signage, 1-6’ clothed and draped table (per 8’x10’ space), 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, and free wi-fi.
- Other furnishings and amenities, such as electricity, are available for purchase at $15 per extension cord.
Note: Booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment and reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, electricity, individual booth cleaning or trash removal, or any other special service ordered by the exhibitor.
